JJC hydraulic elevator adopts innovative fail-safe door opening, closing and interlock mechanisms, more reasonable structure, higher torque of door opening and closing, higher reliability, to achieve fast clamping, loading and releasing of drilling pipes. Only need 2 hydraulic oil paths from top drive for all functions, including door opening, door closing, and rotating mechanism, and provides reliable elevator door opening and closing signal feedback, suitable for all models of existing top drives. No modification needed on old top drive rotating head. In addition, the configuration of elevator loading signal feedback is optional.

JJC combined HPU applying patented breathing reservoir creates a micro positive pressure in full closed tank. Combined together unloading overflow constant pressure control, power control and flow control to achieve high control stiffness, fast dynamic response and energy saving & environmental protection. The whole product line is equipped with oil temperature control system, oil condition monitoring system and alarm system, remote control / local control switching. Remote pressure and flow monitoring function is optional.
